These well made drapes are 100% blackout. The birch color is the perfect neutral white and the fabric is elevated. Nothing about them looks cheap. The linen threads help blend the drapes into my existing room colors. I switched out the black rings that came with them for separate plump gold rings that were better match for my decor. I used them for my "office" area which is in my garage- so used them to create a hallway (hiding all my garage things so clients just had a clear shot to my office door). Love these! It was a bit of a learning curve to get the plastic hooks in the curtain to attach the rings but I figured it out. I will say I love the LOOK of the rings, but they move so freely on the rod and hang a bit lower so it creates gaps in the panels and above them and lets a little light in. To make them truly blackout I would hang them flush with the rod so you can close gaps easier. But the panels themselves are very dense and block light great. So disappointed! This product is NOT worth $65. The curtains are very thin and arrived USED! They were poorly packaged and arrived with human/pet hair ALL over it! There were several pieces of thread coming loose through the fabric. The color is perfect for my living room however I’m going to have to return them due to coming completely USED!!!!!!!
