This is a fairly new purchase for me. I wanted to make sure I got good use of this heat press before writing a review. I’ve been using the heat press for about 2 weeks. The set up was easy and it came with lots of goodies which is why I left a couple of stars. I was very impressed until recently when I started to get a message with a E on the temperature control box, now I have to turn it off and back on to make it work again. Also the connection cord is very loose, I’m scared that it’s going to eventually cause a problem in the near future. It does have a clicking sound and the temperature does bounce around a lot leaving some of my sublimations color saturation looking faded. I hoping maybe I just got a bad temperature controller regulator. I am trying to find information on how to get in touch with company so I can get a new regulator box replacement. I will update my review and let everyone know how good customer service support is. ... show more

Product would not let me set temp or time it would keep error out. Contacted seller and after several sending several requests they sent new heat plate next control box was sent so new product does not transfer image I have sent photos and videos with no resolution. I would not recommend.

It worked fine the first time I used it. Once I got ready to complete the project the machine kept turning off before reaching the desired temperature. Frustrated I tried again still kept turning off. Yes I switched outlets. Very disappointed I have returned the item. The replacement is now two days late. I have to wait another five days before I can be refunded. I had no idea I was purchasing this item from a different seller. ... show more
