    • Says 30 oz, Barely fits 20 oz slim tumbler
Everything works great. Only thing I have an issue with are 20 oz slim tumblers. List 30 oz, obviously that one doesn’t fit. I’ve “twisted” the knobs to the loosest extent and it won’t close. Other than that, I just hold the handles. Still love it tho.

    • Some parts didn’t work
I am sad to have to give this a poor review, because I like the flat press a lot. The attachments, however, have proven faulty. Specifically the tumbler press, which was a big reason that I chose this press over others. I pressed one tumbler, and could hardly see it. I thought that it was the way the ink was, so I didn’t contact the press company. After using the same ink on a shirt, I realized that the cup press hadn’t worked. I tried it multiple times and tried troubleshooting, with no change. Unfortunately, by this point I was past the return window, and also, I really, really like the shirt press and didn’t really want to not have that to use if I sent it all back. I am afraid that the hat portion isn’t awesome as well, but it works well enough to manage. ... show more

As you see in the picture it doesn’t heat to accurate temperature. When I contacted the seller they wanted me to continue to waste my materials and keep sending photos. I have been back and forth with them now for 3 days and only had my press for 30 days. They asked for my phone number so I could fix the problem. No I didn’t pay this kind of money to repair it myself after 30 days. I simply wanted them to replace it. Even if it heated to temp which it didn’t, the wire was coming out of the back.
