I recently began using the TootieWare Ceramic Dinnerware Set, consisting of four 10.8-inch large ceramic dinner plates in a warm beige hue. The set of 4 large ceramic dishes have a raised edge, making them perfect for using as snack trays or for serving anything that tends to go over the edge of the dish such as salsa and chips or nachos and cheese. I love the raised edges on these generously sized plates. The edges prevent mishaps and are ideal for serving snacks on the couch in front of the TV. Made with a smooth, lead-free glaze, the plates are microwave and dishwasher safe, which simplifies cleanup after meals. The dishes are stack-able, too, which makes them easy to store. They're great as serving trays at parties or just serving snacks in the living room. Because they can be used either as traditional plates or as serving or snack trays, they're double-duty in my kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to serve meals or snacks in the living room or if you're looking for some dishes with enough capacity so you won't need to serve seconds - you can't go wrong with these!

These aren’t your show off dinner plates. These plates are more of a, hey someone got me plates, plates. Their design is a bit old fashioned and their function is good for pretty much any type of food as it has a lip on it making it useful for liquidy foods.

Wow, these dinner plates are gorgeous! I love the lipped design, and they are sturdy and well-made. As beautiful as the plates are, I was just as impressed by the careful packaging. There wasn't a single chip or crack on them. These will be lovely dinner plates but are big enough that they could be a charger plate for a smaller plate or bowl. Excellent product!

This is a really huge plate. You can fit an entire small pizza on it. I am not crazy about the color; but I will use these as serving plates for meat, salad, bread, or as a dessert choice serving plate. If you fill this plate up regularly, most people would gain a lot of weight. If you are watching your weight, choose other dishes.

They're large, have a nice lip to prevent spillage, and clean easily. They take a while to get warm, in my experience, so if you're eating hot foods you have a bit of time to get to where you're going before the heat gets you. The color and coating are quite nice on the eyes and can generally fit into most design choices you make in regard to kitchenware. They're worth the price of admission and I'd purchase these if I lived with more people. But it's just me so 4 plates is enough. You can use any utensils as far as I can tell. I've use rubber, plastic, metal, carbon steel, etc and no scratches, imperfections, etc.

I wanted dinner plates that were a little bigger than the ones I already have and these are just perfect because they are quite huge. I appreciate how tightly and securely they come packaged in the box with foam. They're durable and I am hoping they will last. I have hand washed these with soap and warm water and there have been no issues so they're easy to clean, just like other dishes. A nice beige color too. Great dinner plates.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and design of these dinner plates. They are large in diameter with a flare around the outside edge that helps keeps the messiest of foods on the plate. The material feels durable and it is easy to clean. These plates are a great addition to my kitchen and I am very happy with my purchase.
