I was a little skeptic on getting this BUT I'm so glad I did. If you're looking for a fun and new hobby to pick up during quarantine, this one is a blast! Once you find your balance and groove you are good to go within a few minutes. I have been using this all winter and now going into spring, my excitement only grows. The battery pack underneath the skateboard can get wet when riding over puddles which so far has been fine for me, but I suggest and advise you keep your board dry and wrap it in a towel after every use! The remote comes with a low medium high speed switch, you can feel the change in torque when you're riding. Speed is perfect for cruising the neighborhood and parks, 12 mph is accurate when on high speed. I weigh 215 and this still carries me very well. The only downfall is, I wish there was more battery power in the remote! When the remote and board are both fully charged, the remote will die faster than the board. The battery power in the remote shifts when changing medium to high speed. I keep the speed on high and can get about 30 mins of ride time before I have to switch to medium to conserve battery. Overall, I love it. I look forward to charging my board every day - about 2 hours of charge time or less for full battery. I now ride twice a day for an hour/hour half! Also the board comes with attachable lights which are optional for your board. Hope this helps! ... show more

    • motor screws lost after months' riding. Please help us to get the same screws to make it work again
The skateboard motor screws got lost after couple months' riding. One lost first, and we used a similar screw to replace but lost again and other two lost in another month. We really want to get the same screws but can not find company contact. Please help to get us several screws. My son loves this skateboard ... show more

Seen people around town skating with them and thought they were really cool. Went online and didn’t know were to start. Notice the price could be really high and didn’t want to spend that much cash for something I could possible not enjoy. Found the Tooluck electric skateboard. It was reasonably priced. Specs were very decent for its price range. Got it shipped to me and open it up. No need for instructions, pretty straight forward design. Remote was very responsive, never lost connection. You can adjust the board speed. I would recommend slow for newbies because these boards take off from under you if you aren’t prepared. Not bad cruising speed, felt like I was going fast enough for a 225 pound guy. Overall very enjoyable and fun. ... show more

Got this for my daughter and she loves it. She said I finally picked a design that she likes. The board is safe because the speed is manageable. There are 3 setting. It has Quick acceleration and the ride is smooth and quiet. The board can be used as a regular skateboard without the e assist. My block is on a slight slope and she can coast downhill without using the electric motor, it’s that smooth. I weight 240lbs and can use it without any issues. It’s fun and safe. This device works reasonably well. i use it daily for transportation to the Metro station. Only thing is that it seems like it doesnt hold a charge for as long as it described in the product description. but all in all for under $200 it is a good buy. i am satisfied with this purchase

Okay. This thing is little. I am a tall guy and it isn't a great fit for a tall guy. My bruised tailbone can attest for that. However. It makes a great source for all of the electronics and components. For a longer board. I bought a longer board used this for parts and I'm super pleased. I put these parts on a 43 inch board without any sacrifice in speed. This does void the warranty. ... show more
