I would recommend these Allen Wrenches to anyone! If you are looking for a color coded set then get these! they have a rubber sleeve instead of being painted on. I made the mistake of buying a set that was painted and the paint started rubbing off and chipping so the sleeve is a much better option! The only negative i would say is that they get dirty easily but that is kind of expected do to the sleeve being rubber. Overall very happy with this purchase!

I love the feel and look of the wrenches probably just a bad one of the bunch the fist time around. I've used the new set multiple times with no issues.

the magnets could be a little stronger on the case, but the wrenches themselves are great. they feel like they have some weight to them. they are definitely not cheap feeling.

These are hard, color coded, and properly sized. A full set with a medium length and one end a ball, for angel work. I was pleased, I did not expect the magnets in the organizer that can hold up the hold set but are there to magnetize tools. A great addition to my tool set and I can toss the old speaker magnet I was using to magnify things that don't want to hammer on to magnetize them.

This set of metric and SAE allen wrenches are really nice. I love the plastic coating and the fact that the shafts are round and not hex shaped. It means they are very comfortable to hold, especially when putting some pressure to tighten or loosen. I'm not sure how useful the color coding will be, I highly doubt my memory will be such that I'll learn that purple is 8mm hex, or 5/64 SAE. Also, if you are colorblind (or color challenged like my spouse accuses me of), the color coding is useless. Some of the colors are different shades of the same, like there is a light blue, a slightly less light blue, and a normal blue. The holder is very nice, it's a clamshell design that snaps closed to secure the smaller wrenches, and it includes the magnetizer/demagnetizer. I'm not sure that I will be demagnetizing a lot since most of the work I'll be doing with these will be on cars and motorcycles, but the really small ones would be useful for some electronics disassembly where you might not want a magnetized tip. This is by far the most complete set of hex wrenches I own. I've got sets from Craftsman, Harbor Freight, Lowes, and also 1/4 inch bit driver sets of various sizes. These two sets have pretty much every size you could imagine, and every size I have ever come across or needed. I like that the long end is a ball hex, but strange that the short end is not. So far, the ones I've used have felt sturdy and not at risk of twisting or stripping out, although I've not used the really small ones. I don't have much call for tiny hex heads, but when I do, I'll know where to get them! I also used one when I couldn't find my magnetic pickup tool to clear out some metal shavings while drilling a hole, so, multipurpose lol! There are just two things I would point out. It is not possible to magnetize or demagnetize the largest of each set (10mm and 3/8 inch). It's strange, but the slot with the magnets is just too small to fit these, and the instructions that come with the sets clearly indicate this, but it isn't mentioned in the product page at all. I can't think of a time when I needed a magnetic 10mm allen wrench, but it's not possible to do with this set it seems. The second thing is that the sizes are printed on the plastic sleeve. They are not etched, so I expect with enough use that ink may chip or wear off and the sizes will no longer be legible. I think a laser etched set of size markings would be better. Otherwise, a solid purchase for a very complete set of allen wrenches!
