I have purchased other chamfer tools that look like this one. The problem with them is they don't cut grade 6 or 8 bolts that have been damaged. This one has cobalt blades built into it and cuts grade 6 and grade 8 bolts with ease. I tried it on both and it cuts easily and cleanly.

Great long bit used in conjunction with my hammer drill. Making holes through mortar, and this is working great. Longer than I need right now (12") but good to have the length for the next job.
