Dug over 100 holes in a weekend of work, 3' deep in clay and rocks the size of Idaho potatoes. One minor need for a warranty part was a call to the number in the instruction book -- where a real person answered and dealt with the issue on a Friday late afternoon, resolving it within the next week.
