I can only comment on how these fit on the US General tool boxes from HF.... IF you use the drawer liners. But first, I'll comment on how these are made. Seem to be be fairly decently made plastic containers. Not flimsy while still a little flexible. They have a lip on one edge so you can "link" them together which seems to hold them together just fine. I have a US General tool box, and I have the liners. Both from HF. I really wanted to use these in some of my smaller height drawers because I keep smaller items in most of the. With the drawer liners in place, which I'm sure a lot of people use (if you don't you should, keeps your stuff from sliding around so much), these containers are just a fraction on an inch too tall. 1/8" shorter it would have worked fine. For that reason alone I deducted 1 star because I know most people with decent toolboxes will have the liners. I'll be able to use some of them in the deeper drawers for sure. Little disappointed though that I can't use these to their full potential. Hopefully they will make a 1/8" height reduction in future production of these that would resolve that issue.

These organizers are good for separating small-ish objects into different bins to keep a toolbox or drawer organized. Particularly good for sorting nuts, bolts, screws, etc. They are solid enough to survive being knocked around a bit while not being heavy. They are sized such that they stack inside each other for when you are not using them. When you are using them, they have a lip on one side that allows them to connect together, although it's not a strong connection. Just enough to keep them together if you don't want any gaps between the organizers where small pieces could get between them. Getting 8 organizers isn't very cost effective, definitely go for the set of 48 for just twice the price (at the current time) if you need these.

I'd say these desk/drawer organizers are just OK. The trays are designed to snap together, but it's just a friction fit that leaves something to be desired. The trays also have a tendency to not want to sit flat unless populated with items heavy enough to keep them held down. If used in a tool drawer or other semi-permanent application, you might consider using a little carpet tape on the bottoms of these trays just to give them some stability and help keep them together. Just be careful not to use a tape that might damage the underlying surface. On the upside, you do get a lot of these trays, particularly for this price point.

Pretty well made out of thick plastic not thin like disposable takeout bowls. The sizes are good for tool chest drawers just the right height. The price for the eight piece set is a bit high but the 48pc set for twentyish is a good deal, let's see eight for ten bucks or forty eight for twenty bucks do the math. I have six large rollaway tool boxes full of tools and these types of bins really come in handy to keep my tools organized, some tools have accessories or extra parts and the need to be kept with the tool and not just rolling around in the bottom of a drawer and these bins are perfect for such things. There're also great for cold chisels and punches that otherwise end up spreading around and taking up to much space in the drawer. These really are decent quality and hep keep your tool chests clean and organized.
