This does NOT plump at all and barely has any tingle effect and I have sensitive lips, so if barely felt anything in this stuff definitely DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED! I first put a small amount on due to my sensitive lips, but when I noticed, I wasn’t feeling any tingle. I kept applying and ended up taking it on and yet still nothing. I love the color but I don’t find it very plumping. This also doesn’t sting at all. I had purchased the original lip plumper gloss from too faced about a year ago and that one stung and felt plumping. I thought this would be the same but this is really just lip gloss.
