Ordered these sheers for my living room windows which are very close to the sidewalk. I think it provides just enough transparency to filter light through but opaque enough so you can't see anything inside (during the day at least). I didn't realize it would have black stitching along the edges which was kind of a bummer since I was going for all white, but I'm living with it. Only complaint is that the stitching doesn't give enough to let the curtain edge hang straight, so the corners gather slightly at the bottom. Otherwise it's a great value. ... show more
