    • Solution to biometric prints not working found

This case was easy to install. It does seem to not read biometric prints quite often but I found a solution online. You need to moisten your finger pad then press it down. I use my tongue, gross yes, but it works every time. It just needs to be lightly moistened. You can try water. It should work the same but I don't always have access to water when I need to unlock my phone. I also created 4 finger prints for the biometrics. 2 of each thumb. This seems to help make sure your print is read also. The case seems very durable and not too heavy. I do not use the clip attachment as it makes it too bulky but I could see using it when very active. I am very pleased with the quality, price and privacy screen. It does come with a 12 month Warranty. The only thing I would like more is if I could add a pop socket. The kickstand prevents this if you want it to function. It may be possible to add a pop socket if you don't mind losing the ability to open the kickstand. I have not tried to charge the phone wireless. It is not very thick so it should charge just fine. OMG it actually works! This is the first case with a fingerprint sensor I have found that works. Super simple to install, great protection and privacy. When setting up your fingerprint you do have to move your finger a little bit above the icon to get a good read but it works great. Love the stand AND the lenses protector. ... show more

THE GOOD. This is the best case I've found for s25 ultra, hands down ! It doesn't feel big and bulky and has awesome protection. The protective film on the from is as smooth as glass. I had to go back and read description to verify it wasn't after installation. If you need a case, this is the one. THE NOT SO GOOD. the only complaint I have about this case isn't the case itself, It comes down to the belt clip. It holds the phone nice and sturdy, but it's very bulky. The phone sticks off the holder nearly a 1/4 inch. I was hoping for an OtterBox type holder, but it works perfectly fine. This is the reason for only 4 stars. SUMMARY.     • Issue with the Fingerprint reader on the front cover

The case itself is very nice and functions well in protecting your phone. The only issue is the phone's fingerprint sensor won't recognize your fingerprint after a while with the front cover in place. I had Replaced the front cover under warranty and it happened again shortly afterwards. I followed the procedure in resetting the fingerprint reader with the cover on both covers, according to the product instructions, to no avail. Updated on August 27, 2025 Wow! That is my reaction to Tongate's customer service. I am extremely impressed with their prompt and sincere response to customer issues... I was waiting for a replacement phone for my Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, (insurance) to arrive. Schedualed to arrive on a Big Ol'SundayI afternoon, and it ACTUALLY ARRIVED AS described nstead I received a Samsung S24 Ultra, upgrade. SWEET. I intended to use my old Heavy Duty phone Case but now I needed a S24 ultra. 🌝 I researched new improved phone cases ,Rugged and found Tongate to fit nearly every requirement I had made in search. This case is So much better than I could have imagined. The packaging had been well packed in quality box. I noticed there were vented slots cut out across the top of the screen protector cover to enhance hearing abilities. SWEET. It feels like Velvet in your hands to hold it. The option to use a screen protector or not is nice. The case is very simple to put on using either option. It is a very snug , tight fit. It doesn't seem like fit overall. They got every curve just right when making it . The thumb print area is better technology then the years before .I can't wait to activate it and try it out . The kick stand is awesome and holds it's place firmly. The color is MINT GREEN, beautiful. I drop my phone on average of 5 plus times a day. So the drop protection was a must for me. I love the privacy camera cover, I always feel it's best to keep it covered when not being used, rather than take a chance that someone could possibly be watching you and/or your family through the lens. Hey anything is possible , Heepy Jeepy Creepy, ugh! ...oh man, some people just don't know their boundaries. The camera cover slides side to side and clicks into place when at rest. There is probably room to add magnet attachment for charging, card pockets, or mounting . The durable belt clip holder is solid and sturdy. I think I love it more each day as I use it.
