Okay so here's the thing the case is nice and rugged it kind of reminds me of a otterbox the little ring on the back is Nate because when you open it up you can spin it around and you'll see what I'm talking about I don't use it a lot but it's pretty cool there's not really any negative but I did customize this case a little bit to fit my needs what they don't tell you is the protective outer screen protector is made out of plastic so it will scratch a lot but if you're new to this whole flip thing like I am with a built-in screen protector I'm going to tell you right now dust will get underneath because of the holes for the camera that it fits over and it will scratch your glass so what I did was I took a razor blade and I cut the piece of plastic out real carefully and really slow it is possible because I did it and then it's a hassle but if you want to do this right listen to what I'm doing. Then what I did was I went on Amazon and I purchased a nice square protective piece of glass for the outer screen and when you put the phone together it works perfectly but there's one more thing and this is probably going to be a deal breaker for people you're going to need to put the little sticky tape on the sides of the top of the phone part where the screen protector is and you can buy it from 3M or you can get it here on Amazon it's called 3M really thin tape it's made to do this kind of stuff. It's 3M VHB I think it's called and it's ultra thin it's made for electronics really kind of weird to work with but it works really good if you're really willing to put in you can end up with a really cool case. ... show more

The ring on the back works fantastic as a stand. Plastic piece is fragile in that it will easily bend from grabbing it off a magnetic car holder. Very nice case but the front screen protector was not made well. I never dropped it and the cover over front of Z Flip Cracked around the camera area after just 8 days of being installed on my new phone. Wish the screen protector was durable like rest of the case. Sadly I had to return this case.
