    • Fun Concept, But Poor Execution – Black Cat Jewelry Set
I really wanted to love the Tondiamo Halloween Black Cat Necklace and Earrings Set, because the idea is adorable — a gothic, spooky-yet-chic themed jewelry set for Halloween or costume events. The necklace itself is reasonably detailed; the larger cat cameo shows its features clearly, and the pendant has a nice size for making a statement. Unfortunately, the earrings fall far short of expectations. The smaller cat shapes lose almost all recognizable detail — they end up looking more like tiny owls than cats — and the finish has been inconsistently polished, leaving some rough, uneven spots. You can even see glue residue where the pieces were attached, which gives a cheap, unfinished impression. The color and metal tone are okay, but the quality issues make it hard to recommend the set for anyone looking for a polished, wearable piece of jewelry. While the concept is creative and could have been a fun Halloween accessory, the overall craftsmanship is disappointing. It might work if used for a single costume or a quick themed photoshoot, but it’s not something I would wear repeatedly or gift to someone expecting a quality piece. 2 out of 5 stars – Cute concept and the necklace is okay, but earrings are poorly executed and finish is sloppy. ... show more

This is pretty cute for the price! It is definitely costume jewelry, which one should expect for the cost. The pendants feel like plastic (it is pleasant) with a metal frame. I wouldn't trust the metal on these to last long while wearing without turning colors, though. This would be great for wearing during spooky season or while in some sort of costume. Beautiful nice quality set of a Cat Cameo Pendant and matching French hook cat/Cameo earrings at a great price. This would make a Great gift for any cat lover, a nice item to wear with a goth outfit or just for an on trend retro look. One of my few complaints is that they do not come with an earring back, with French hook earrings I have simply had one of them fall out before, I have fixed the above problem by using assorted earrings that I bought. Even though it's advertised as a Halloween set I will gladly wear these year-round! The pendant is bigger than I expected, but that's not a complaint. I really really like the detailing on the cats, they pop more against the background than if they'd just been silhouettes. The earrings don't bother my ears, and I like how classy these look. Very cute costume jewelry. Bigger than I was expecting. There's a lot of detail to the Cat. I'm impressed. Lightweight. Durable chain. I got this to wear throughout the month of October. But might wear it all year long. Great for Cat and spooky season lovers.
