This kit is beautifully packaged; the star-shaped tray looks Sailor-Moon-esque, and I love that. It also makes keeping the pieces organized easy as the clear cover is molded to the spaces and keeps them from shifting even when the box is stored on its side. The kit's focus is more on unique beads and charms than a sheer number of beads; this makes it an excellent addition to the simple (pony) beads we already have. The string is sturdy enough to thread through the openings on the beads and it ties securely (with adult help). This would make a lovely gift for a 4 to 8-year-old. (As a bonus the box rattles a bit like Legos to keep them guessing it they are prone to shaking their gifts to try to guess the contents! )

This is a fun activity for kids. It comes with all sorts of fancy beads. My daughter really enjoys making bracelets both for herself and for others so this set is great for that.

This set reminds me of that pretty, pretty princess game when I was growing up. Love all the charms. That definitely made the bracelets and necklaces unique to each girl then just little beads. Beads were easy to thread onto the strings. I would buy again.

I selected this Charm Bracelet kit to give to my granddaughter and its just perfect! All of the materials are exactly as described/shown online and they all seem to be good quality (well-made finished edges, no blurry lettering etc, colors and specific charms as shown online). The only thing I'd like improved is that I think the amount of elastic string provided is sufficient to string all of the included beads & charms into one round of bracelets, I wish the supply was at least doubled because I imagine that with young children there will be broken bracelets and/or that they will simply want to start all over again and put the beads and charms into different arrangements. This isn't a big deal (I've already purchased a small supply of rainbow elastic as a backup) but just know that you may end up needing more string than provided. What I LOVE most about this kit is that in comes packaged in a little tray (exactly as shown) and I think this not only provides initial visual clarity so that young child isn't overwhelmed, it also can teach (with a bit of adult encouragement) the usefulness of keeping things organized.

This kit is so cute! The beads are nicely organized and have a clear plastic cover over the top, plus the actual box lid, so I expect them to all stay in their compartments. It comes with long lengths of stretchy cord so you can cut it to fit. It also includes clasps for bracelets or necklaces, but I don't believe my girls will use those since it is stretchy string. There are so many different bead and charm options! Lots to pick from and share between my two girls (4.5 and 6.5 years old). Some very unique charms too. Overall I really like this product!
