The media could not be loaded. All the goldfish arrived alive and healthy. It has been a couple of weeks and they have acclimated well to water garden living. Have not lost a single fish. I would definitely order from this company again.

I did not have any issues with the fish, but I assume they would work with you to replace any fish that may have died during shipping.
