I recently tried the liftoza Toddler Travel Bed and it has been such a helpful addition for trips and overnight stays at my house for my grandkids. The sandwich style design makes it easy to fold up and carry, and it sets up in just a minute easily. The soft foam is surprisingly comfortable and supportive, giving my little one a cozy place to sleep. I really like that it comes with a washable cover, which makes cleanup so easy after any accidents. The built in safety rail gives extra peace of mind because it keeps my grandson from rolling out during the night. It is lightweight but still feels sturdy and well made, so I can use it often without worrying about wear and tear. The size is perfect for toddlers and gives them their own space to feel secure. We have used it for daytime nap time in the living room and it always works perfectly. It folds down compactly and stores without taking up much space, which is great. I would recommend highly. SUMMARY: * Can't recommend. Would not give someone as a gift when there are other alternatives at lower price points, and some even more "compact" to be called a Travel bed. * Only deducting 1 star, as dimensions are provided. Used this on a trip, and it was larger than a carryon suitcase. * Although cover is washable, you still will need to pack a truly waterproof bed mattress cover as the cushion/foam cannot be washed * Truly short period of time that child would be comfortable sleeping in this, before they can be on a sofa bed, or in a twin bed, etc. This will NOT keep child contained. IF your child is ready for a true floor bed or toddler bed, than you know they can get out and roam about. If you want your child contained, get one with a netting. I totally "get" the need. You are staying in a place and you worry "where will toddler sleep", when they could roll out of the bed, and you don't want them just on the floor, and for me, bending over to put them in the pack n play is just too much. (Yet, I do see they have pack n play style portable beds with size zippers. we just have one that you have to lean over completely to lay child down, and impossible for ME to get that child when sleeping in my arms, in that dropping feeling, to get them in the pack n play and not wake them up). This just takes up too much space in the car. Probably the equivalent in space to some of the blow-up bed options, as I can never get those inflatable beds to deflate to the size they originally were at purchase. The best value that I can come up with is a simple pool raft that inflates. It at least has some cushion. It is plastic and if there is a wetting accident, it can be washed off or wiped clean. You still need linens, blankets and comfort. Now: this might have use for grandma's house for a sleep-over and leave it there. It might be OK to try as a bed at home if wondering if your child is ready for a true "floor" or toddler bed where they can roam about. Would be ok for a road trip where you would have room in the vehicle for it. Comfort: it is ok. Probably softer than many of the true standard crib mattresses where they recommend a firm mattress. At least the sides are soft for climbing in and out. Once you set it up and get a bottom sheet in there and get it prepped, it should be cozy. Price is high. I see one very similar in the shape of a "bear" that is $20 cheaper as of today. Also, the whole sandwich idea is not one readily understood by a child/toddler but a child does know their animals, a bear, more than they know a sandwich.

I have used this item for a couple of days now and it has been really handy. My toddler feels safe and comfortable sleeping on it, especially with the little safety rail on the sides. The foldable design makes it easy to carry around and set up. I like that I can bring it along when we visit family or go on short trips. The cover is washable which is a big plus since messes are bound to happen with little kids. It is soft but still firm enough for good support. I like how low to the ground it is because I don't have to worry about my child rolling off and hurting themselves. It feels much safer than trying to have them sleep on a couch or air mattress. The only thing I would say is that it does take up a bit of room when folded, so storage could be easier. But that's a small issue for how useful it is. At the moment, I would definitely recommend this item!

Quality is premium with this bed. It expanded immediately once I cut it open (they caution you to be very careful to avoid cutting the material, so take your time.) As you can see from the photos, it is just as cute as expected, actually even cuter! While it is technically a toddler travel bed, I got it for a 83 pound dog who absolutely loves it. I take it to vet visits, and other places where we are out and about so he doesn't have to lay down on a hard floor. It is perfect. The bed is very comfortable, I even tested it out myself. Heavy duty but very soft material, and it is still quite lightweight to make carrying it easy. I am highly pleased with it and so is my dog. Naturally the kids are always climbing in there too it's become something of a play toy in our house over the last few days haha. I think the value is definitely there because it makes travel really convenient if you have a toddler or a pet.
