My daughter went right to sleep in this. As far as I could tell she had know complaints! I did question if it was thick enough though. The pillow has very little fluff and I can tell her head is basically laying on the floor. We did use this on top of a cabin pull out mattress so, that probably what added to her comfortablility. Otherwise if we were camping In a tent, I don't think it would of be thick enough. This is probably perfect for sleepovers though. ... show more

This mat has worked well for my daughter. It has a built in pillow which is nice. It is easy to wash and fold up. My daughter just turned 4 and this mat is a little small for her. Her feet hang out if she's laying straight out, so I would recommend comparing the length with your child to make sure it's the right size.
