The first day we charged it all Night per the instructions. We were able to right it for about two hours and then we put it away. We went to ride it the next day and it was dead. We charged it over night again and tried to ride it but it was completely dead. Customer service was easy to speak to and they did refund us for two new batteries. We’re just waiting for those to come in. Hopefully we have better luck! Other wise it’s super cool! My 5 year old son absolutely loved it!

Attempt to return 250$ return fee for returning... child in picture is 7 years old... total scam paid 350 for item. And free shipping, now I have to pay 250$ to return.... total scam

The caps for the wheels pop off often. The charger also is super flimsy and has to be messed with to actually charge the battery. My kid loves it but it probably won't last long.
