I was really excited to get this bike for my three-year-old as he is learning to ride motorcycles… it was a nice looking bike however, Unfortunately, this thing cannot hold a charge whatsoever. No matter how long you charge it it goes at a decent speed for about maybe 100 yards, then it just dies out… It loses all battery function, and then completely shuts off. You have to push it for it to turn back on then it goes very slow, then dies again. I’ve tried numerous ways of charging, and nothing works. honestly if I was to do it all over again, I would have just bought a little 50cc and not wasted my money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The bike worked for about 5 minutes prior to the rear wheel locking up. Customer service was pleasant but limited technical help. They did make it right. After disassembly and troubleshooting I determined that two pieces of plastic rubbed together and seized (motor cover and wheel). Applying some force broke the wheel free from the plastic motor cover. I then applied lubricant to this surface and was careful to not over tighten when reassembling.
