The media could not be loaded. Update: The company emailed me back and offered me a refund We ended up donating the bike because we didn’t feel comfortable having my nephew ride it because of the faulty connector. Original review: We purchased this bike for my great nephew for Christmas. When we put the bike together and connectors. My nephew was so excited, got on and we found out very quickly that the bike was not stopping. My nephew had to throw himself down to the ground, got hurt, in order for him not to be more seriously injured. We contacted the company via email, no response. I then contacted Amazon they reached out to the company and I received a very quick response offering a new on off switch but can take up to 30 days, or receive a 30.00 credit. I found both option are unacceptable. My husband fiddled around and 5 hours later found the problem, the throttle connection was bad, after calling all over the place we found a replacement and didn’t have to wait 30 days for a part that would not have made a difference. For spending this money the bikes should be tested and make sure all parts are properly installed and working. Needless there was no resolution from the company. We resolved this on our own. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Got this for my 3-year-old twins' birthday, and I must say it was a big hit. It's easy for them to ride it, it's the right size and it makes them feel very independent. The two speeds are perfect; one prefers to go slower, and one likes the faster speed. My one-and-a-half-year-old grandson can even ride it without assistance. It's easy to assemble, read the direction for connecting the charging port we were charging it and nothing was happening until we realized that there's a connection under the seat.

I am amending my review. I finally was in contact with the company. My fault not theirs. They gave me several solutions and stood behind their product. They gave me a refund and made the experience very easy. It ran for a half hour then the back wheel seized up and it won't turn. I am trying to return it but there is no email or phone for the company. They want me to pay to ship it back even though it is defective. I need some coustomer service and there is no way to contact anyone

My kid loves this bike. The charge holds up and he is able to enjoy riding his bike. He was 3 when we made the purchase, and it was the perfect fit for him. We've had it a while now, and it is still intact and holding up well. Would definitely recommend for young kids.

Terrible don’t waste your money. Worked for less then one year as my child only used it for summer time. Reached out to the company and all they offered was “troubleshooting” Sad that your money is given to product that’s are not built to last

Bought this for our 4 yr old son as a Christmas gift . It did arrive on time , however unless you enjoy a lot of little pieces and enjoy spending time putting things together this is an absolute headache. 2.5 close to 3 hrs of back breaking time setting in the floor and a few choice words it's together finally. Next purchase we make like this will have professionals involved ..lol
