I bought this for my daughter for Christmas she used it for 15 minutes and the back wheel seized up and it hasn’t been able to work since. We charged it, while it’s on it turns off I can not find a way to get in contact with the seller…. I need help.

Both grandsons age 2 and 3 received this motorcycle in green and blue for Christmas. They love them. We love the two speeds and that they mastered how to operate them with ease. The motorcycles instantly stop when they remove their finger from the control button including going up or down our small hill. Supervision required at their ages. Definitely worth the price, easy to assemble, training wheels provide stability, great quality and look amazing!!

I bought this dirt bike for my grandson, and he rode it for two days before the back tire locked up and stopped working. Amazon said I’d have to pay to return it, but I could contact the company for a prepaid label. There is no phone number for the company.
