We had to return the first one as it never stopped running, wouldn’t stop and my son had to jump off- getting a tire burn on his jump off. We returned this bike and got a replacement. Second bike won’t stayed charged for longer than 5 minutes- literally. You get what you pay for. Spend a little more for a better bike. This one SUCKS.

My 6 year old loves it. He always starts out on level one and then asked us to turn up the speed. It’s nice to have found any bike for a little guy that has the ability to flip a switch to give him more power when he wants it. Great bike.

Bought 2 of these for our grandkids, 4 and 7. They love them! We haven't had any issues out of one of them. The other one wasn't charging properly or holding the charge. That one had some loose wires that we've had to repair.

My 7 year old son loves it! When you first get the bike put it on the charger for 8 to 10 hrs. The one I received had a loose wire, plugged it back in and it's been working fine. Only thing that not working properly is the display showing how much battery life is left. When my son is riding around on it, so if he's happy so am I.

It isn't worth the money, I bought 1 and it wouldn't work for more the 5 minutes, I had to return it. They sent me another one and so far it works better. But definitely not worth the money.

I've been putting this bike through runs between both my kids for the past month, and I've got to say, this is exactly what you want in a kid's electric bike! That motor hits the sweet spot, giving enough zip to be exciting (up to 13mph) while keeping things manageable with those responsive brakes. I really appreciate how they included three speed modes - watching my kids progress from cautious first-timers to confident riders gives me piece of mind. The runtime is about an hour and it charges fairly quickly. Fair heads up though: it's perfect for the 6-12 age range, bigger kids might outgrow it quickly. For anyone looking to get their kids started with electric bikes, you're getting serious value here without breaking the bank.
