Package came missing a washer and a nut for one of the wheels and contacted customer service and they were very fast sent a new one out the next day but I couldn’t wait for it and purchased it, also the instructions are very vague I wouldn’t have been able to put it together without the YouTube video I found. Holes for screws are also not aligned and took a while to assemble. Next time will definitely go with a different brand. Seating is for 2 but very small wouldn’t recommend if you definitely need it for 2 kids. Also doesn’t go very fast I walk after my daughter around the block and it’s too slow. Update. It’s now January and it stopped working about 3 weeks ago. Mind you we probably used it about once a week and then didn’t use it for about a month in December and started using it again and then all of a sudden It wouldn’t turn on and I thought maybe it needs to be charged, so I charged it and does not work. ... show more

This was a gift for my one year old so the controller was a necessary add on. It is great for her or smaller children, I wish it would have been a double seater but that wasn’t a game changer. The directions are so difficult to read. Just a gray scale picture with arrows showing you where parts go. Took about 2 hours to put together. I haven’t had any problems with steering, etc. like others, at least not yet. It does seem to use a lot of battery to drive for a few hours a day so we have to charge it daily. Another sucky feature is that the battery cannot be removed to charge, so unless you have a garage you’ll have to bring the whole car in to charge. ... show more

My mother-in-law bought this with her stimulus check for daughter's birthday. She got to drive it once before my friend's son snuck out and took it up the hill of gravel on the driveway and flipped it. Broke a couple things but nothing some JD weld can't fix. But the steer bar underneath broke. I look every where for a replacement. So, I reached out through here hoping they could at least help me with finding a replacement part. They said they had it and where sending it to me at no cost. I was fully prepared to pay because it wasn't their fault or their product's. Thank you so much ❤️. The media could not be loaded. So this was a Christmas gift for my almost two year old but we wanted something that was a double seater to fit our youngest who will eventually want to enjoy riding it just as much as he does. We previously had a power wheel from Walmart which was fine but didn’t have remote or two seats. Well this car is extremely small actually smaller than the one seater jeep we had and the two seats is really made for only one child. Also the assembly was a lot more than expected and it does not come with thorough instructions. Another disappointment is it says it is a 12V but definitely drives like a 6V. This jeep is definitely not worth the price and was overall a huge disappointment. The only positive comment I have to say is it was extremely fast delivery. ... show more

Easy to assemble. Liked that we could control with the remote. BUT… the steering broke just after one week and at the most drove one hour. Bought as a gift for my grandson. After a few rides around the house and once to the park we noticed the wheels were not turning with the steering wheel. Took a look underneath and noticed the metal bar coming from the steering column was broke. Let’s hope getting a replacement isn’t as painful as it was to tell my grandson he doesn’t have a keep to ride ... show more
