Great game. My son and I love playing the Turtle games together. It brings back memories of arcade games for me and it is a new experience for him and I get to share it with him. Not sure why the negative reviews as I’m not sure what people were expecting. I guess it’s for those who never played the arcade before back in 2017. I only discovered the arcade game within the past year at a local arcade. The game is just classic beat em up style. Running around and smashing foot soldiers and enemies from the 2012 Nickelodeon series. Which by the way is a fantastic iteration of the turtles. Probably better than the 2003 series in my opinion. And of course way better than the junk they’re putting out now. this game is just mindless fun and you really can’t go wrong for a quick pick up and play with a friend or two. If you're looking for that classic TMNT arcade feel, TMNT Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants delivers in terms of gameplay, visuals, and charm. The updates and polish make it a joy for fans of the old-school style. However, the game is incredibly short. With only 5-6 levels, my kids finished it in about an hour.
