First, I was told that it sizes small. This did not seem to be true. In my case as I got a XXL and I could’ve easily done it with a XL. It was easy to fit once I got it on. I’ve Been using this posture corrector for a couple months now.. it has helped tremendously with the pain and stiffness in my neck. After figuring out how this is put together, it seems to feel good, nice and supportive around the body. I would of given this a 5+. The shoulder straps I found to be a problem. I may cut those straps, re sew them in other parts of the support, and re rout them to get a better hold. They are too tight under the arm pits. They hurt. Other than that, it seems to work. I bought the XXL. First the fitment, it really does dig into your armpits, Extra padding is a must if your bigger person. Second, after 45 minutes I figured out how it's suppose to be put on, the video is not helpful in regards to that. all I noticed when wearing it was it pulls my shoulders back, and helps hide my gut. other than that it didn't help with my pain. if your looking to buy a Back support to give you broad shoulders and help hid your gut. I’m happy I ordered the larger size as it fits like a charm. First couple of times putting it on was challenging but once you get used to it was easy. I really feel the improvement in my posture. I can even wear a shirt over it and people can’t tell I have it on. I tried other models before this one. The main difference is my shoulders got worn raw from the other makes.
