I have a shower with a 6" lip at the bottom (no tub) and this curtain liner is very attractive (blue-grey) and goes well with my curtain (blues and whites). The texture is very pleasing, it's very light weight, but the magnets do a good job of keeping the liner from clinging to the person, except that when I have a cross breeze from the bathroom door to the bathroom window just above the shower, there is some float into the shower stall. If I spray the bottom by the lip, that works well to control the float. When I'm done with the shower, I hold the liner at the top with both hands and lightly shake it to remove water droplets and let it hang the full width of the shower. We needed an inexpensive, temporary “window curtain,” so after looking at lots of different white fabric shower curtains on Amazon, we chose this one. We wanted something that would be *just* on the verge of translucence, where you could barely make out the shapes of large objects outside. But this shower curtain has *no* degree of translucence. It is an opaque white, and would provide total privacy for a showering person. The fabric is a tightly-woven polyester, and was a lot heavier than anticipated. It’s about the heaviness of a bedsheet. I checked it all over, and there was no sign of hanging threads, flaws or tears, or poorly stitched areas. This curtain is of quite decent construction. There are no metal grommets along the top, but that didn’t bother us, as we are using it as a temporary window cover and just push-pinned the curtain into place. The openings for the rings look a bit like buttonholes. I can’t report on how waterproof this curtain is, as we aren't using it in the shower. You can feel the curtain has been either treated or sprayed with a plastic coating of some kind (though this does not cause the fabric to be stiff.). Between this coating, and the tightness of the weave, it suggests the curtain would repel water. The plastic coating does feel substantive. We were very impressed by this shower curtain, and decided that after we get regular curtains for that room, we are going to use this curtain for its intended purpose, and use it in the shower. It is a much better quality curtain than we thought it would be, and definitely do recommend it. ... show more

Feels more like plastic than fabric but it's keeping the water in the tub. Two weeks of use and there's a very slight discoloration along the bottom seam but it may be from our well water.

Not sure why I got a black liner but it works and we love it. It was easy to wash, and it didn't stain - perhaps that's why I got the color lol - but it was nice to not see all the stains after awhile and dries quickly too

Works great and is a shorter one that works with my walk in shower. Water will come through the material though so just just point the water straight onto the curtain. If its side flow it just runs down but if there force behind the spray it will go through the material.
