This is the first toner I’ve ever bought for my skincare routine, and honestly I totally love it! I reviewed this product after I used it completely. The texture feels very light weight and refreshing on the skin, but at the same time it gives such a soft and moisturized feeling. My skin feels smooth, hydrated and healthy after every use. I noticed that after applying this toner, the serums and other skin care products absorb much better into my skin. It makes the rest of my skin routine feel more effective and helps my skin stay moisturized for a long time without feeling sticky or heavy. I also love how gentle and soothing it feels. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all and gives a nice healthy glow. As someone new to skincare, I think this was the perfect toner to start with. I will definitely repurchase it again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hydrating and beginner-friendly toner!

Very Hydrating! My face feels soft, plump and hydrated. No breakout after 24hrs when used. Not greasy or oily. Sits on face for a bit, but instructions imply that. I use it at night as a shield before putting medik8 retinal on.

Okay, I LOVE this toner. The TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner has fully earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine because it makes my skin look and feel so good. First of all, the texture is amazing. It has that milky, soft consistency that feels instantly hydrating when it hits the skin. It absorbs beautifully without feeling heavy or greasy, and it just leaves my face looking more plump and healthy right away. What I’ve noticed most is the glow it gives. My skin looks more even, smooth, and just… alive after using it. It layers really well with the rest of my skincare and doesn’t pill or feel sticky, which I really appreciate. It also feels super soothing. On days when my skin is feeling a little dry or dull, this toner brings it back fast. I bought this after hearing so much hype about it and saw positive reviews. However, when I first applied it I didn’t like how it felt on my skin. This is the first milky toner I’ve ever tried so I have nothing to compare it to… but it felt like i was putting a light “runny” oil on my skin and I could feel that it was on my skin. (I usually use hydrating toners and so absorb in my skin quickly). I have combination skin and it genuinely felt like a layer was applied to my skin rather than it being absorbed in it. It felt very uncomfortable so I was like yeah this definitely wasn’t worth the hype. So why did I give 4 stars? So I still continued using it became this bottle is too expensive to waste.. and now I’m in love. Perhaps my face got use to the feeling or maybe my skin barrier is stronger to better absorb it but whatever happened made it I longer feel uncomfortable on my skin. If you have textured skin this will make your face so soft and smooth. I use this in the mornings only and it gives me such a beautiful glow that others have even pointed out. It moisturizes my skin and I’m literally obsessed with this toner. Only problem now is how expensive one bottle is but you don’t need a lot. PS. If you’re getting this to remove dark spots like I’ve seen in some promotional videos, I wouldn’t expect much in terms of that. Light uneven skin tone? Yes overall skin health? Yes. I have dark spots and I think it contributes to my overall ROUTINE but not on its own.

I've tried several toners before, but they never really worked for me. This one is different it’s incredibly hydrating without feeling sticky, and it leaves my skin looking healthy and glowing. It absorbs well, feels lightweight, and keeps my skin feeling moisturized throughout the day. It also works well undermakeup, I have combination skin. I'll definitely keep repurchasing this product

Works well for my combination skin, above 40 aged skin. I have fine lines, sun spots, large pores, dry patches and menopausal hormonal acne. In the morning I shower. I cleanse with a mild foaming acne and dark spot removing Kbeauty product that contains tree tea oil. I use this milky toner to prep my face for snail mucin, sun block, other moisturizers and makeup. I like the no-makeup makeup look or “natural look.” I haven’t seen anything dramatic since using this item compared to other milky toners. The liquid is unscented. It opens up my skin to receive other products just fine. I did accidentally apply it to an acne mark and it stung a little. I don’t use an applicator, I simply put some on my hands and pat it into my skin. Not too drying or too glossy. This leaves my skin looking balanced, natural and hydrated without being greasy/shiny. It worked well with other products outside of their brand. Makeup looked well on top. I use this in the evening after makeup removal with micellar water and double cleansing. The toner aids in the skin to receive the skin treatments and serums. I did find letting it dry longer before additional products made my face less sticky before going to bed. Overall, I like the milky toners over harsher, moisture-stripping counterparts. Great brand. Excellent quality and packaging.
