Love this harness! Finding one to fit my 8 month old 100lbs puppy that he wouldn’t grow out of in a week was difficult because not many offer an XL size. Or they are pricey. Colors and reflective material are great and match description. Fits my puppy prefect with room to grow and is lightweight so he is comfortable. Material feels durable and the seams and buckles hold strong against pulling. Great price as well. Only thing I would change is direction of the tree pattern is upside down and the black thread holding the d ring on the back sticks out like a sore thumb. The media could not be loaded. My dog hates harnesses that go over their head, so I always get them 3 clip ones. The color was really vibrant and the medium fit my 26 pound mutt very well, but I did measure which is more important when deciding on the size. For my other dog that got the small and weighs about 15 pounds, she is on the slim side and the neck even though I tightened it to the max it was still a little roomy and boxy, but she's not going anywhere. I would say that these are better suited for dogs with wider necks. I would not recommend sizing down because the chest did fit nicely. I thought the material was a little thin but for small or medium dogs it should be fine. Don't know for bigger dogs. It did fit a little stiff but I imagine it will feel differently after it washes. Used daily for over 2 yrs now and it's held up great. My dog doesn't like to have anything go over her head - this harness has two buckles on one side so I don't have to put it over her head which was hard to find in other harnesses. Also with her being a mixed breed and not sure how she was going to grow exactly, the straps are all adjustable and fits her very comfortably, she can roll and run no limited range of motion & she never seems uncomfortable with it on. The handle has also come in handy at the dog park & other situations to scoop up my small dog. Has reflective strips and is cute too! Definitely a great purchase :) ... show more

Well-constructed and attractive. Strong and easy to put on and off. Just wish the ends of all the straps tucked in somewhere instead of flapping freely. Ended up with the large for my 40lb pit, and it's a tad loose, but the medium was very tight.

We have a very fast growing St Bernard puppy! Her first harness she grew out of in 3 weeks. The Timos dog harness works great because it easily expands as your puppy grows. We got the large size when our puppy was 30lbs. Yes, it was a bit big, but she grows quickly! She is now 45 lbs & still in the same harness with more room still to expand. We have expanded it twice in the past 6 weeks. It fits her very comfortable. The handle on top is also a very nice feature! We take her for many car rides. She’s too little to jump in the car & now getting heavy for us. Holding onto the handle certainly helps in safely lifting her. For training we take her to dog friendly stores. Having a durable buckle on top for her lead is a must for this already very strong puppy. Keeping her under control without pulling on her neck is a Huge benefit. We would certainly recommend this product!!! ... show more

I got this for my 3 pound yorkie. It is made for a larger dog. It is beautiful but the material doesn't bend it is very stiff. I may be able to put it on her in winter when I put winter clothes on her.

not only does Timo’s have the most stylish designs, but their harnesses are also sturdy and exceptionally well-made with top-notch materials. It’s easy to adjust, and I never realized how much I needed a harness with a neck clip until now. This one out performs harnesses that cost twice as much –– definitely a steal. I’ll be purchasing at least one more (maybe more, I’m obsessed). One note: if your dog is on the smaller end of “small,” this harness might not be the best fit. But for pups the size of a Boston terrier and up, it should work great. My friend has a Shiba. Inu, and I doubt that little guy would even notice he’s wearing it. ... show more
