I have been wanting to buy a time resistance briefcase for a long time now. This bag is not the style I wanted, however the style I wanted did not come in this beautiful green color. First off I want to say the color is perfect! The green is exactly the color I was looking for! I would 100% buy another time resistance bag. I would probably go for a different style though Pros: 1. Leather: the leather is super high quality. The craftsmanship of the leather is amazing. I love the way that the leather feels high quality and assembled correctly. Full grain leather which is hard to find! 2. Many different compartments! You can hold a lot in this bag. Fits my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. 3. Professional appearance. This bag is super clean and looks amazing. I can wear to work. 4. Unique color: Hard to find this color. I specifically bought this bag for the color. 5. The packaging: this bag comes in a very high quality box, with cute little cards inside that make it feel very luxurious. 6. Weight: you know this is a high quality bag because it is dense! It’s not too dense in my opinion but it has a good bit of weight to it. Feels like an expensive bag. Cons: 1. The hardware is questionable, I actually almost did not purchase because I read other reviews that said the same thing. Most of the hardware on the bag seems high quality with the exception of the main buckle that holds the bag shut. I just purchased and right out of the box it seems questionable. The locking mechanism is cheesy and I can’t get it to work. Other reviews say that the buckle itself does not stay closed. I have not had this problem yet but I believe it is because I do not carry the back by the top handle nor do I attach the strap to the top of the bag (I use the side strap attachments). If you buy this bag I believe you will not have any problem with the hardware as long as you attach the strap to the SIDE loops not the top loops and do not place unneeded stress on the buckle. I’m giving the bag 5 stars because the hardware hasn’t been an issue for me yet. If it does I will update the review. 2. The green only comes with silver hardware…( I would have preferred gold or brass) 3. The main compartment has 2 pen holders but only one is big enough to hold a pen. The other must be for a pencil or something. 4. The main compartment has a cell phone holder? I’m not sure what the purpose of the strange pocket is next to the pen holders but it doesn’t fit an iPhone. Not sure what I’m going to put in it. Summary: if this color was offered in one of the brands more expensive briefcases I would have bought it. I hope time resistance makes more fun colored bags in the future (like purple, green, turquoise etc). The hardware is the most questionable thing on this bag. Other bags from the brand seem to not have this problem. This is an overall solid briefcase in my opinion. Seems to be high quality!

I bought this bag primarily because of the unique bold green color and sturdy leather material. I like the style of this bag because a lot of laptop bags (for women) tend to look like giant purses and open from the top. This bag is great because I can comfortably fit my laptop, cables, and notepads inside without it being bulky. The leather is really sturdy and seems well crafted and durable, so I anticipate this elegant bag will last a long time.

The bag is exquisite. I’d like the contents I place inside to be as well but they’re compromised when the clasp unhooks and things fall out when picking up the bag after a week, I have a problem. The fix to this problem is the key but I’m not locking/unlocking my bag EVERY single time I need to go from one place to another.

SUPERB! I wanted a briefcase/laptop bag for my 15" Apple laptop. I looked at a very wide range of bags/briefcases and settle on this one. One thing that stood out, other than the great leather presentation, was the handle. I wanted something with a comfortable handle, and this one had that. I also wanted solid construction, and this one made the presentation of having that, too. When I got it, it was all I wanted and more. I will point out that the one thing I found disappointing was the CLASP that held the top flap closed ... it kept opening almost of its own accord (whenever it touched/bumped into anything). I immediately contacted the vendor (TIME RESISTANCE/manufacturer) via email and reported this. I heard back the very same day. I was told they acted on my complaint and found that I was correct. They sent me not only a newer/much sturdier clasp, but also a few other things (leather care product and a complete set of tiny screw drivers to take out the old clasp and install the new on ... took just a minute to accomplish ... super easy). In summation: I LOVE THIS BAG! It's stylish/rugged, and comes with a shoulder strap (same leather, of course). My several emails with the vendor were answered the same day (giving that they're in Europe, sometimes first thing the following morning). I couldn't have asked for more. Awesome design and a timeless piece. I will say that first item did come damaged, but the bag was replaced immediately so no worries about the return policy. The gold clasps are awesome and the bag design is amazing. Definitely worth the value over a $2000+ designer bag. 5 stars absolutely, just ensure you double check the stitching when you receive the order. Edit - 10/15/2024 - very delicate and scratches easily. Overall build quality is fair but not great, parts are already beginning to tear even though I don’t use the briefcase daily.
