I love these boots so much. I have worn them on 3 hikes so far. They keep my feet well protected, my ankles well supported, and they are comfortable. I usually wear 8 or 8.5 and I bought these in 8.5 which fit great. They are a little more narrow than most shoes, but my theory is that they are designed that way to keep your feet from sliding around in your shoe when hiking rough terrain. I hiked up some steep rocky hills, and I believe these boots helped steady me. I also walked through some muddy puddles, and my feet stayed dry. Plus I love how they look. I bought them for hiking, but I find myself wearing them everyday with street clothes. They scuff very easily, but each scratch just makes them look cooler.

I got these boots right before a trip and only wore them around the house the day before to break them in. I wore them at White Sands Park up and down the sand hills. Thought for sure my boots would be full of sand, nothing!! Went to Sandia Crest where the snow was up to my knees in spots, again no snow in my boots and my feet stayed warm with regular socks. Hiked down to the Rio Grande River through thorny bushes and mud. In a weeks time I put some serious wear and tear on these boots and they held up great. Plus my feet never got sore. They do scratch up some, but I used leather polisher when I got home and most came out. If you like the worn leather look these are the boots for you. If you want nice polished leather, then look for something else. I have slightly narrow feet (at least for a size 11), but these fit perfect after stretching them a little. Aside from the few scratches (again I was pretty hard on them) these boots, including the soles, look brand new. I ordered another pair for a spare since I can never find size 11 boots I like.

I bought these a little short notice for a trip so I didn’t get a proper chance to break them in but honestly there was no need. I’ve never been so happy wearing a new pair of shoes that I pretty much wore for two weeks straight as soon as I got them. Definitely recommend, personally though I think the light ones with the red laces are just not cute but I got the dark ones so I guess not relevant.

These boots look great with pretty much anything you'd wear with hiking boots. They broke in very easily, no blisters or long-term stiffness. They provide good ankle stability and the traction on them gets better as you wear them in. The main downside I saw is that they aren't great for long distances. After awhile, the lack of cushioning makes it so that your feet will be sore later if you've taken them on a long hike. However, for short hikes, they are wonderful. I will definitely keep using mine!

I purchased these boots for hiking. These are slightly large, though I feel like that is meant to accommodate hiking socks. With hiking socks, these fit perfectly. As you can see in the photograph, these did come with some scratches on the leather (a little disappointing), however, I don't mind because I am going to be using them for work on our homestead and for hiking. I was looking for something a little cuter than regular hiking boots and I think these are perfect for that. The first time I wore them, I got them very muddy and I found them easy to clean. They are a very reasonable price for boots and are made well.

Love these! Thought they were going to be a yard work boot, but they were so cute and a little too delicate for yard work, so I went with an everyday boot for with my jeans. They look great and are comfortable even with my wide foot.
