    • Great boots and I love the colors
I use them in inclement weather, particularly snow, which they handle perfectly, truly waterproof. The only thing I would suggest to Timberland is to change the top 2 lacing d-rings to hooks. They are a little tedious to lace up because the laces slip out of the d-rings and then you have to grab the d-ring, and hold it in place while you insert the lace. Hooks would be a vast improvement and make lacing up MUCH faster and easier without negatively affecting the otherwise all-around excellence of the boot. ... show more

The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars was that they seemed a bit larger than I was expecting; length wise, width was a good fit. These seem to be real Tims. Took them out for a 5mi test hike, got caught in a downpour about a 2 miles in, somehow these boots made sure my feet stayed dry and comfy the entire time. Obviously I can't comment on longevity yet, but so far they seem sturdy and well made. Will update should this change.... ... show more
