I am reviewing the Tiki Aloha variety pack. My cat LOVES this food. The can is the size of a fancy feast can to give you a clue. It is watery/soupy as other reviewers have pointed out. My cat like's this and, as she's the one eating it, who am I to judge? You can clearly see the pumpkin pieces mixed in with the protein, which is a bit weird but again, the cat loves it. There isn't a speck of food left in her bowl. What I like is that her poop doesn't stink with this food. My two cats love this food! I love that it has pumpkin in it because it is so good for them. They love the seafood! It’s not too thin, we split one can between the two of them. They eat mostly dry food and eat this before they settle for the night- at least when they settle !

eKeetzen, the elder of the Feline Glamazon Huntresses, has infiltrative bowel disease, but is a gourmand. Cassiopeia, the younger of the Glams, is a gourmet. Finding any cat food that both enjoy and that eKeetzen won't boak is a Herculean task. One of the many things I love about Tiki Cat Aloha Friends Variety Pack (tuna and seafood flavors with pumpkin) is that the Glams both devour it with gusto. So far, eKeetzen is able to keep it down, and Cassie has never nibbled, then walked away, or just walked away without touching it. The second thing I love about it is it contains pumpkin. Not only does that provide fiber, but also antioxidants. Glamazon Cassie had a bad fall that hurt her tail, which she then held at an odd angle until after a couple of sessions with her wonderful vet. Ever since, she often strains to defecate. The pumpkin-provided fiber helps her pass stool without straining. Another thing I love about it is that the tuna are dolphin-safe and tested for mercury. I had been hesitant to give them anything with tuna until I discovered these facts. Yet another reason to appreciate Tiki Cat is that it is grain and potato-free. As far as I can tell, it doesn't contain any ingredients that upset eKeetzen's delicate digestion. But wait, there's more! I'm glad that this variety of Tiki Cat is brothy, as Cassie drinks very little water, even for a cat. It -helps keep her hydrated. The only thing amiss is that Glamazon Cassie won't eat calamari from the Tuna, Calamari, and Pumpkin flavor. She gobbles everything else down with gusto. It's a wee bit pricey for my budget, but much more affordable than other recommended brands/flavors. However, it is a quality cat food. This food was very watery and had a strange texture. We bought it for a cat who has stomach issues. At first she ate it. We have 4 cats and 3 ate it. The 2nd time we fed them, they were not interested. I think it did help their digestion. However, it apparently did not taste good enough for our cats. I believe it is good quality and our vet actually recommended it. I am sure if you cat likes the flavors, that it would be good for their stomach health.     • This product made my cat have terrible diarrhea

I know this product is great and incredibly healthy for cats, but if your cat already has a weak stomach, it's very difficult to switch them over to this food. My cat loved it and devoured every crumb but it gave him Such bad diarrhea. The house reaked badly of poo, and it took him spreading doo doo all over the sheets for us to realize he was COVERED in his own diarrhea. So yes, it does clear them out of all the nasty stuff they get into, it is still very good for them; but please introduce this product SLOWLY to your cats. Do your research on switching your cats diet. If you switch your cat to this food without slow introduction, your house will reak and have diarrhea everywhere. Try this product at your own furniture's risk, and don't do what we did and not slow introduce. Despite our hardships, they come in a good portion and I'd still recommend this wet food over anything else you could give your cat. ... show more
