We have a huge house but it's old and quirky so smaller size things are best for ensuring it'll fit. We also have little shelf space. I was so excited to receive this end table! I started building it and realized I was missing a part. I notified the seller and was sent out a part almost immediately, meaning I got it in a day or two. That was, in my mind, really impressive. The table was very easy to assemble. When connecting the top to the bottom, it helped to loosen the screws holding the wood shelving to allow the metal legs to have some movement. After doing that, it went right in and I went back to tighten the screws. Right now the table is in the kitchen and I have spare things on it - that is not its final home but it is holding everything (including a case with cans of stuff to drink) admirably. Due to the delay in building it, albeit not by much, I had shifted furniture so something is in the place where it was going to go. And now in seeing it, I think I want it in more of a visible vs functional location. I'm really impressed and it is good to know that if you do have a problem, the company is on it.

This handsome side table will look great in your living room, den, bedroom, basement, or pretty much anywhere that you’d need one. With simple to follow instructions and with all hardware included, this three-tier table can go together in less than 20 minutes. I’m a persistent if not efficient DIY’er and had no problem at all putting this together in three simple steps. Using the enclosed long screws, you first assemble the top tier; then easily screw the bottom tier together. Finally, you put the two parts together and attach the middle shelf. Now, since this table is basically a steel frame with (what I assume to be) pressed wood shelves, I am skeptical of the phrase in the product description that states that you can use this side table “(in) outdoor areas such as balconies and patios.” Whatever material the “wood” shelves are made from, I doubt very much that they will hold up to periods of rain, snow or other foul weather. My suggestion: keep this solely for indoor use. The smooth surfaces make for easy clean up of glass and bottle rings (use your coasters!) and are strong enough to be used for just about any dining, snacking, writing, or office use. This would even make for a useful bedside table. Properly priced, you get what you are paying for with this side table. It will be serviceable, attractive and should last for a very long time.

Table is heavy in the box! Turns out it's because the wood slabs are heavy-duty and the legs are a sturdy, heavy metal. Comes with directions that are perfect. Tells you clearly what to do and how it works. You'll use both of the tools that are included, so don't toss those aside. I just methodically followed the directions and because the pieces had been machined perfectly, there was nothing to it. Everything fell into place and I was done assembling within 20 minutes. The top is dark with an interesting pattern (tree grain that I don't recognize). It's the sturdiest thing in the room. Very happy.

Got this table to use as a make-shift bar shelf. Still haven't fully filled it with stuff, but I'm happy with the overall size. It's important to look at the dimensions of furniture when buying it online - especially when looking at more-so budget options like this one, but it still stands reasonably tall. One thing that surprised me about this shelf is how sturdy it is. I'm used to having things be a little wobbly, but after adjusting the footstands on the bottom, the shelf doesn't have any give to it and feels solid.

This is a small little table so be sure you read the dimensions to make sure it will work for you but beyond the size it's actually nice and strong. Unlink some other small tables like this that hold the surfaces on from screws in the sides, this table has both surfaces sitting across the metal supports. This makes it very strong and you don't have to worry about it falling apart. The dark colors make it looks pretty nice too. It does not looks cheap from a normal distance in a room.

Right off the bat, make sure you pay attention to the measurements. If you have a taller bed or couch, it's going to be shorter than you would envision. In our case it wasn't bad at all. This was an easy piece to put together. It took a total of 8 minutes. The metal is heavy duty, so no worry of easy bending! The shelves are actually done very well for being pressed wood. All in all, it's a very solid piece. For the price, this is a great side table/nightstand.
