I've generally considered my skin to be fine, but I have the occasional dry skin and now some subtle wrinkles. I've generally avoided face cleaners and moisturizers because I never know what to buy and when I have tried them, there is often a fragrance that makes my nose stuffy. A friend recommended I try Tiege Hanley so I bought the PM moisturizer. I also bought the AM moisturizer, exfoliating scrub, and daily wash. The shipping estimate was something like a week or two, but the products arrived just two days after I ordered them. The products also came with simple to follow instructions. No confusion here. I know exactly what I need to do. Takes me a minute in the morning and a minute at night. I only use a small amount of the moisturizer at night as directed and I wake up with well moisturized skin after a full night's sleep. Also, no fragrance to bother my nose. I'm very happy with the product. I never thought I would have a skin care routine, let alone as simple as this. Thanks Tiege for putting together a great product and making it easy.

Initially I had an issue with the product description (size) not matching what I received. I reached out to Tiege Hanley and they responded quickly and remedied the issue quickly. Great customer service and the moisturizer seems to be working well for me as well. Tiege Hanley probably just gained a new loyal customer base on customer service alone. Using this product with the Tiege daytime moisturizer is a must. You can feel your skin absorbing this when you put it on and, in the morning, your skin is fresh and soft. No more dry skin in the morning. I highly recommend using Tiege skin care products
