It didn't seem right that we had to make these trade-offs. There had to be another option. I really find this boot well made. Very attractive. I would not say it is as comfortable as my Born boots right out of the box but I am certain will soften up a bit based on other reviews. I originally ordered an 11 as my Thursday Duchess boot is a 10.5 and I always felt like I would have preferred a looser fit. This boot runs a tad larger in width and length. I returned the 11 for a 10.5 and it feels good although the heel a bit loose. Still, I prefer some space. This pair ,the Legend does run larger than the Duchess. So, overall I am very pleased although I wish they had more color options for this style. ... show more

Thrusday Boots says it could be the only boots you ever need. Thought it could be the perfect city-to-trail travel boots to pack along. But it is way too stiff to be a comfortable walking boots. Looking stylish, but scuff ankles and pinch toes. Sad

These seem like they'd be great boots, but they run so narrow that I couldn't even get the left one on. My feet aren't "wide width" and medium usually fits just fine, but not with these. So I had to return them. They looked really well-made, and I wish they fit my feet. I did go up a half size, which made the length perfect. But they are really, really narrow. These boots are worth every penny! The minute I slipped my feet in, they fit like a glove--true to size. Very little break in required. Wore them on vacation where I walked for hours and they never caused any blisters or discomfort. And they're cute! I wore them with pants and dresses and look forward to pairing them with shorts in the summer. I can't wait to try more shoes from this company. They're pricy, but durable so far. ... show more

I love these boots! Packed very thoughtfully and very minimal breaking in. I originally sized up a half size based on the reviews (9 but I'm always a 8.5) and they fit fine but was worried about my ankle getting raw from sliding since they were a tad big(long)so I returned and ordered a 8.5 which is the same size as every pair of shoes/boots I have and it was perfect! They will appear and feel small/tight right at first but walk around the house for a half hour and you will feel how they've conformed to your feet and fit perfect. So totally true to size. I'd say if you ever are in between sizes, then go up a half size or if you have wider feet. I'm not narrow by any means but I've also never needed to buy in wide so 8.5 was still perfect for me. Got the waterproof spray for them and just love them. Great traction, comfort, quality, can be dressy or totally casual. Love. Get them. ... show more

Such a beautiful boot but oh so tight. I wear an 11M comfortably with some room. Ordered that.... 🤕 Ouch! Order up if you can. They don't have a 12 so I'm out of luck.

Was really looming forward to these, I have regular to narrow feet and have always worn a size 10 (anything bigger is usually way too big) and with the promise that they'd stretch I thought these would be perfect. I spent a couple days wearing them in before bringing them on a trip to Japan. Within half a day of walking my pinky toes were bleeding, I had blisters everywhere, and my feet were absolutely screaming in pain. I don't know if buying a size up would have even helped, but if you do buy these I would highly suggest you do so. I am immensely disappointed.
