Features

  • WATER-BASED POLYURETHANE WOOD FINISH: Our sealant provides top-notch protection against wear and tear in high traffic areas. It's odorless and ideal for use on wood siding, log homes, swing sets, outdoor furniture, wooden deck and fence, and more.
  • WOOD SEALANT: Unlike many sealers that only form a topcoat, our protector penetrates below the surface to create a long-lasting, water-resistant shield around the wood. It helps resist wood damage, deterioration, and protects against the elements.
  • FLOOR SEALER APPLICATOR: Our premium gloss is ultra-low VOC and great for enhancing the extended life of your exterior flooring. The sealant can be safely applied around your home, landscaping, vegetation, or over any water area.
  • WATERPROOF SEALER: Ditch the oil-based sealers and choose a UV-stable coating option. Our fast-drying liquid creates a flexible, breathable barrier and provides a no-fuss, easy clean-up with soap and water, as it allows the wood to grey naturally.
  • SEAL-ONCE: Our user-friendly wood sealers and stains are an effective way to protect your lumber or concrete against water damage. When you use Seal-Once, you have the satisfaction of knowing our products will not harm pets, plants, or people.

  • Get the second coat on while first coat is damp.
Size: 1 Gallon Color: Clear
Great stuff! Applied to our bare pine ranch table and benches. It goes a long way and the finish is nice, showing the wood grain and color, though slightly milky. You wouldn't know it if I didn't tell you. I light sanded the wood, vacuumed and wiped down with a wet tack cloth. The sealant goes on easily with a brush and a little goes a long way. Didn't use 1/2 gallon to cover a 120" x 40' table and two 108" x 16" benches, top, bottom and legs with two coats! It did require two people to get the second coat down (instructions said to apply second coat when first is damp), as in the Arizona heat, it was drying pretty fast. The ranch table is out on the covered patio and now I can wipe the dust off in minutes. I'm very please with this product. ... show more

  • Very Pleased!
Size: 1 Gallon Color: Bronze Cedar
1/2023 - Update I didn't remember to post in 2022, but I wanted to add a couple of pictures. I will say that am not sure if the product is going to hold up through six years (horizontal surfaces like the deck) as it's going on 3 years and I feel like I am seeing wearing I didn't expect. However, I am not a professional. I applied it with a brush and, perhaps, I didn't apply it as well as I should have. I am not comfortable blaming the product alone. Some sections seem to be holding up better than others. Currently, the furniture is covered up, but most of it seems to be holding up better than certain areas of the deck. It should be noted that most of the deck is probably close to 30 years old if not older. That may be a factor as well. 6/2021 - Update I originally posted last November after treating wooden deck furniture. This June, I treated the deck after having it power washed. Still thrilled with the product and the way it's working. I am adding 2 additional pictures. The first is after the deck was power washed and the second is after I treated/painted it with this product. You can even see beaded water on the deck 🙂 11/2020 I am posting a review of this product along with some pictures. I will plan on updating it each year as the product is said to last approximately 6 on horizontal surfaces and 10 years on vertical surfaces. First, let me say that I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. When the product arrived I found it to be somewhat thin. When I realized it was water based, it made more sense that it wasn't very thick. That being said, I have been very pleased thus far with the results. I did the application with a brush. As you will see in the pictures, it does what it needs to do when it comes to rain. I also wasn't sure what color to get. I picked the bronze cedar and when used on new wood, that is the color you get. It is beautiful! You will see the color is not quite the same (seems a bit darker depending on the light) when used on wood that has already been treated with a previous product (I don't recall what product or color was on the furniture that I re-treated) It doesn't bother me, though, that the color isn't the same. Now for the pictures. The picture of the deck boards that I treated show the true color. I have not yet treated the rest of the deck as I want to make sure to power wash and clean it first and won't be able to do that till spring. When you see the picture of the boards with the water beaded on them and then see the boards around it don't have beaded water, it's because the rest of the deck has not yet been treated. The pictures of the furniture show the "before" of one of the small end tables and the "after." It also shows an "after" of another chair and table set and big picnic table. Mind you, the furniture wasn't in the best of condition. The last time it was treated was several years ago. I am very pleased with the way this product has worked so far. If you do happen to see an area that was missed, it is NOT the fault of the product, but of the person doing the application (me!) I look forward to treating the rest of the deck (and furniture) in the spring with this excellent product! ... show more

  • Goes on quickly, dries quickly, water runs off.
Size: 1 Gallon Color: Coastal Gray
Bought the gray tint. Must have changed the lid as mine came with 4 metal clips holding the lid down. Pop off the clips and it opened like a regular can of paint. Shook it well & used a stir stick. I could feel a layer of … thickness on the bottom of the can, it was bumpy and if I pressed hard I could get a little of it up stuck to my stick. It would NOT stir in. I was concerned that the water seal ability would be impacted & tested it on a piece of wood. It does not seem to impact water proofing. Easy to apply. As others have stated, you MUST go back & put on the 2nd coat within about 20 minutes; if you don’t the 2nd coat just beads up & runs off. Had a couple places with knots in the wood & it took the color differently, lighter, so I went back after about 30 minutes to give it another coat (already had 2 coats on it) but it was too late, stain just beaded up & ran off. Consistency is like water, I was doing trim with some of it above my head - runs down your arm, drips on everything - just know this & be careful. I had two ladders set up, by the time I’d painted as far as I could reach on 2nd ladder (it goes on fast!) I would go back to the first & put on the 2nd coat. Easy clean-up. Took a star because of the sludge on the bottom, which I hope does not impact the longevity of the product. ... show more

  • Easy to apply but read the directions.
Size: 1 Gallon Color: Grey,Brown
Amateur wood worker. teated lumber has issues with standard paints when the wood is new. Did some research that poly or resin were the best paint solution. Rebuilding the deck I built 25 years ago and one of the issues treated joists deteriorated. I determined I wasn't making that mistake 2x and settled on this product. I ordered the brown color. I applied with a brush but product well suited for a sprayer. Product absorbs quickly and you do want to follow with second coat so ensure your job is divided in the 15 minute time slots for second coat. Because these are joists I did not spend more than a light sanding before application. I really like how the brown tint came out on treated lumber and it appears to protect the wood well from moisture. The product is very easy to apply with a brush and goes a long ways in spite of the two coats. I highly recommend this product on treated wood, in my case I think it will do well as the poly really soaks into the wood. I suspect it will hold up very well, but only time will tell. ... show more
