It didn't seem right that we had to make these trade-offs. There had to be another option. We started Thursday to offer an alternative: ridiculously high-quality footwear at honest prices that could handle our busy lives in New York City. I'm usually not much of a Thursday Boot Co. fan; I'm a Red Wing guy all the way. However, after seeing some great reviews of this moc toe on Stridewise's and Rose Anvil's YouTube channels, and looking at the price point, I snagged these in burnt copper. Let me tell you: hands down now my favorite boot. Took maybe a day and a half to break in. In the first three days after I got them, I put on 19 miles on these babies. Comfortable as hell now. I am going to be wearing these in the summer, too, with shorts. Very nice, slim profile toe box. Order a half size down from your sneaker size. I am a 12 in running shoes, got the 11.5 and it's perfect. I highly recommend this boot. This, like all TBC boots, while it says it's a regular width (D), it's actually in between a D and an E. Perfect for my foot. I had the Captains and loved them. Wore them for a year, but ended up selling them and got a pair of Red Wing Weekender Chukkas. This moc toe is handsome and extremely comfortable. The sole and in-sole are amazing; almost like Nike Airs. In comparison to my Red Wing Iron Rangers, which are a nice stiff ride, these moc toes are like walking on air. Highly recommended! Great leather smell out of the box too. Just a solid, spot-on boot. This is my second Thursdays I've bought and both 1/2 size smaller than my tennis shoes size. I had to wear thin socks to get them broke in at first but as time went on they formed to my foot and are very comfortable. Good boots and have had good compliments on both pairs.

    • Where to start....WORTH IT...so far.

I got these just over two weeks ago, and immediately put them on and wore them around the house in the evening to begin to break them in. As far as looks go, all of the Thursday boots look fantastic so that goes without saying. I did a ton of research before purchasing this particular pair and style wanting to know that I was going to be getting a rugged enough boot that would withstand the normal daily work that I go through, and yet was comfortable enough to be wearing every day. The first thing I have to say and do my best to not put anyone off, is that the break-in period is super harsh, and my other people's standards they also say that this particular model for lack of a better term, is a little harder to break in than others. BUT! ONCE THEY DO BREAK IN,.... It really does feel like they are absolutely forming to your feet, and you feel like they're doing it more each day. I have always bought inexpensive boots like the Bruno Marc brand because of the fact they were inexpensive and they look really cool, plus they fit me perfect and there is absolutely no breaking. With those. On the flip side, they don't last very long especially when you try to work in them. So, time will tell if they will withstand what I put my boots through daily. I'm actually very optimistic, that they actually will. So far ...So good. Spend the money.....take a chance. ... show more

My son said these are the best work boots ever purchased. His feet are slender, not exactly narrow and these fit well, size 10 1/2. Typically boots are made for Fred Flinstone feet by default but these were just right sizing not too wide or too narrow.

I opted to size up instead of down. I wear an 11 1/2 in shoes. I got the 11 but they were too narrow and tight. Returned them for 11 1/2. Way more comfortable. A little extra room but when it comes to working in these. Glad I sized up.

I read all the reviews and bought the right size so I thought. I read, it took a couple of weeks to break in. Since I received them they have hurt my big toes. I thought that would go away ones I broke them in. Well i have worn them for about two months now and they never felt good or stretched out enough to feel comfortable. The length was good just the width was not. The leather is nice but very tough and thick and not very flexible. Looks like good quality but I would never buy again. ... show more

The smell of real leather ! Quality is amazing! Normally wear vans and cons and J1’s They fit like converse I typically wear 8.5 in jordan 1’s I got 8 and they fit perfectly. Looking forward to getting more boots now .
