These were a 'suggested item' on the bottom of another purchase. As a soap/bath/body product maker, I'm wondering why it took me so long to discover these!!? I'd been using wooden skewers...these are SO much better!! Easy to clean, very sturdy and I love how extra long they are! I also make items with aroma beads and these have helped me pour the beads into molds. Definitely recommend--very versitle!

I was looking for a single inexpensive stir rod to mix up a weak acid for a home project. As you can't purchase a single stir stick I bought this pack of them instead. For the actual project, they worked wonderfully. Easy to access them in the packaging, well protected, and they all arrived intact. They were a little thinner than I was expecting and therefore a little less sturdy. I used one to help break up and free some clumps of a powdered chemical in a container with a narrow opening (think the consistency of lightly wetted sand). I applied too much leverage and ended up breaking one of the rods. I thought they would withstand more tension than I was applying, but I was happy that when it broke, it snapped into two clean pieces with minimal sharp protrusions. If you need a glass rod to stir a solution, these are great. If you need something more sturdy for other applications then you might want to look elsewhere.

I’ve dropped these, put them through VERY hot/cold temperatures, stirred corrosive material & have introduced them to nasty/sticky material. They’re easy to clean & hold up really nice…I haven’t broken one yet & they get the job done! 10/10 would recommend!
