I got this hot sauce set for my son. Each sauce has its own unique taste, which surprised me because I kinda thought hot sauce was just hot sauce. The varying heat levels has made it where I can try some of them as well (I don’t like “hot”). The sauces were excellent! Some flavors were a bit redundant but all in all they were very good. Only real draw back was i can't find bigger bottles of a few of the flavors. Would definitely buy it again when I run out though.

This was so much better than I expected. Came double packaged to protect the bottles. They're each a nice size. This is definitely the perfect gift for hot sauce lovers. Haven't opened, because it's a gift, but I'm really excited to see how they taste. There are all different spice and taste levels.

Flavor Name: Hot Sauce Variety Set
You should pass on this set. I ordered this for myself thinking I would do a mini hot-wing challenge for my family. We like hot and spicy things (to different degrees) and thought this would be a great variety pack. Unfortunately it was a big waste of money. First of all, the heat is all fairly consistent, despite saying they range from 3,000 to 90,000, there is no range in scofield hotness. Second, they are all basically pretty tame, on the lower end of the spectrum, with nothing really jumping out as “spicy” or “hot”. Third, the flavors are all basically the same: it’s like they tried to make 50 variations using 5 ingredients. There are some that say garlic or jalapeño or habanero or bacon, but everything just tastes of vinegar, salt, and cayenne. Basically you’d do better to buy a bottle of Tabasco and doctor it up with your kitchen spice cabinet. Skip this sampler. It’s sad that they have gotten away with so many sales, and the positive reviews are from people saying “I gifted this to a hot sauce lover and they were excited to see it.” The reviews should reflect the quality of the product, and with all the other options on Amazon there are better companies that deserve your money. ... show more
