I gave it 4 stars because the 1st product got lost reordered 2nd one came. Product was not sealed , open box plus opened the actual tube and it was not sealed either. In this day and age everything is sealed . Very disappointed. On the other hand this cream is very good my heels are soft and the few cracks I had seem to have disappeared. So I will keep the foot cream . The opened product needs to be addressed though . For the price it is quite steep . Should arrive in perfect condition. I really hope the product manager reads this comment and does something about it .

I don’t know why I have really cracked heels and have tried TONS of lotions, cream, and straight Vaseline — both expensive and affordable. This has worked wonders! I put it on my feet in the am and leave it on all day with socks and my feet are so soft. I use it every other day as needed. The scent is a tiny bit strong but doesn’t really matter if you put socks on, plus it works great!

I absolutely love this foot balm!! I am an avid user of foot creams/balms as I want soft pretty feet. I live in the south wear sandals often. This Works is one of the best I’ve used in years! A little goes long way, feet feel so soft not greasy. I use several products by This Works ( dry skin oil for legs phenomenal!) definitely great purchase.

I have used this product for over a year. Applied to your heels nightly it definitely makes a difference relative to peeling, dry, cracked skin. It doesn’t feel soothing, or emollient but given the results it is. The scent isn’t the most pleasant but the results are worth it.

This is the only product that takes care of my husband's dry, cracked heels. This is at least our third tube. I've told others to buy it, and sent a tube to my son as well.
