I use this every day and I am extremely satisfied. I can't find anything wrong with it. I don't put it in the dishwasher like a fool because the instructions specified that I should not do that. I did that with my last mug and really messed up the finish. The handle is great. I compare every thermos to this mug. Insulates hot and cold drinks alike. Compared this with a Hydro Flask Stainless Steel (using same amount of coffee, compared at the end of the day) and Thermos wins hands down. Get this over other brands unless you are willing to compromise aesthetic + colors for quality.

The slate color is SO classy but what really makes this mug stand out, in addition to its thermal properties, is how well it's balanced and the no-fuss handle. It's so easy to grip--large and far enough away from the side of the mug that one doesn't scrape her knuckles.

I do a lot of fishing and hunting and I live in a colder climate and my friends have the name brand stuff and they paid 40 plus’s dollars for there brands I chose this because I remember seeing a coworker who is a drill sergeant have this brand so I gave it a chance and my cup cost half what my friends paid and works better the.     • broken in two months
bought for a christmas gift. by early february the top was stripped and it was difficult to open. By March it wasbbn rendered useless. It was obviously defective and I would appreciate a replacement. thank you
