You can hardly call this a blanket. It's a piece of cloth with satin binding on two sides. It's very thin and to be very honest one sharp Rogue toenail will likely put an unsightly hole in the thing. However, I'm not that disappointed because first, I can't stand a heavy blanket. Heavy blankets trigger leg cramps and they make me too warm. So this is definitely not a heavy blanket. Furthermore, I'm not about to go to the commercial laundromat with big bulky blankets that home washing machine cannot handle. Since this is thin I can wash it at home until the cows come home if I like with no damage to the machine. Finally, after sleeping a couple of nights with this blanket I stayed warm and quite comfortable. So just know before you purchase this is not going to be a thick, heavy blanket. ... show more

Oversize 90x90 full/queen soft and fairly thin flannel-type blanket with 4” satin type edging on both top and bottom. It washed up and dried on low well without pilling. We have an oversize mattress and this hangs on either side about 17-18”. Very nice as we have a cat that sleeps in the middle sometimes leaving either or both of us without enough coverage. She’s family! Although it’s not quite time for cold and snow we have the flannel sheets on, this blanket and a medium weight oversize quilt. More than enough to keep us warm at the 65 degrees we keep the thermostat. ... show more

This is NOT a blanket- it’s a glorified sheet that feels and looks cheap and extremely thin! I was shocked when I opened it at the terrible quality of the fabric and the stitching especially given the fact that it was about $40. I’m returning it and not buying any more blankets on Amazon. The ribbon finished edge is just thin ribbon doubled over on itself and seems “flimsy” it should have the sheet in it to seem more substantial. This item is not a lite blanket it is more like a sheet. Could not use as intended/lite blanket just washed it and put it up in the closet.
