  • Non-proprietary would have made these an easy 5 star purchase!
Size: 120mm Style: Single Ring LED Color: ARGB Black
These are great fans, they look nice, move a lot of air but are quiet (when PVM controlled), and the ARGB look good and are bright. The cables are really long (so can work in any case), and nicely covered. So why did I not rate these 5 stars? The ARGB connectors are proprietary and the adapter they come with sucks! The adapter the Pure 12 ARGB comes with for motherboard sync has a weird hole size and is only half the size of normal ARGB connecters. The problem is they are very loose and I tried electrical tape, even a dab of hot glue. Nothing keeps them connected well. In fact, half my fans went out (I have a Thermaltake P3 Pro wall mounted, likely due to the connector coming loose again). While they do come with a small controller, that controller does not allow you to sync with the motherboard, so for me it is useless. All Thermaltake had to do was include an adapter with a standard ARGB connector and these would be close to perfect fans! Now I have to take it apart again to find the loose connector, which is annoying because I have to take off the wall mount as well in order to open the back. The controller it comes with should have a way to sync the motherboard with itself, this would have also been a perfect, easy solution. Sad, because they really are nice looking and performing fans otherwise! ... show more

  • These fans are nice and bright and easy to install
Size: 120mm Style: Single Ring LED Color: ARGB Black
These are greats fans! I will say the wiring is a little long but worked out perfect in a thermaltake tower 100. I have 2 in the main part of the case and one in the top of the case. They move air great and using a gigabyte board they integrated well with rgb fusion 2.0, they give the case that extra little touch I was looking for. ... show more

  • 2 of 3 fans died after 2.5 years
Size: 140mm Style: Single Ring LED Color: ARGB Black
Good while they lasted. Two of the three fans in the set stopped rotating. LEDs on, but fan motors seem to have flat spots and get stuck. Way less than the advertised 40k hours MTBF. Calculate they have about 20k hours on them. Disappointing.

  • Bright, but loud when on full
Size: 120mm Style: Single Ring LED Color: ARGB Black
I have a three of these paired with four of 200mm TT fans + a 420mm AIO cooler for my Ryzen 5950 / RTX 3090 build. Two of these are for intake, one for exhaust. It stays relatively cool as the 3090 is a heater. The 120mm fans are pretty loud above 70%, but that's to be expected.

  • Works great
Size: 120mm Style: Single Ring LED Color: ARGB Black
Product works great; however, the cords are too long. While I’d rather have cords that are longer rather than shorter- this was too much. It made it very difficult to cable manage. I use a gigabyte motherboard and am able to use the RGB Fusion 2.0 software to run the lights. No issues there. I also have a thermaltake cpu cooler and it syncs up with the fans since I run them using an argb hub connected to my motherboard. ... show more

  • A Bit Tedious, But Worth It
Size: 140mm Style: Duo Ring LED Color: RGB Black
I bought these to replace the stock fan for the built-in AIO on my NZXT H1 case. I understand the reason for the interchangeable cables, to switch from the controller to straight motherboard connection, but I felt it was a bit tedious. I also understand why the cables are so long, in case these are used as case fans instead of radiator fans, but when you have to clip the attached RGB cable into a second cable for either the controller or the ARGB header already, I felt they could have made the attached RGB cables a little shorter and add that length to the additional cable to either the controller or the motherboard. Small gripes aside, this fan worked well as a replacement for the stock radiator fan in the NZXT H1. The cables were a bit bulky but I added enough length to tuck the excess into the optional SSD slots behind the PSU and it still looks clean from a cable management standpoint. Initially, I wasn't even sure that the fan was even working because the noise level is so much lower than the stock fan that came on the H1 radiator. I booted into BIOS and used the on-board tuning to rev up the fan and was finally able to hear it around 70% speed, but even then the noise was negligible. I'm using Linux, so the jury is still out on whether OpenRGB will control this fan without a hub, I have to do some additional tinkering with the i2c detection and see if it will refresh and add the fan to OpenRGB. Cooling was actually slightly better than the stock H1 radiator fan, which leads me to believe the TT likely has better static pressure, pulling stronger air through the radiator than the stock NZXT fan. Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. If I can't get the RGB to sync with the motherboard LEDs, it's still far quieter than the fan that came with the H1 AIO, and it adds more glow to a intrinsically dark case. Better cooling, quieter operation, and pretty lights make this a no-brainer and a welcome addition to my H1 build. • Great Price

Quality item and super easy install. The wires are sealed in a nice sleeve as well. Colors look good and with gigabyte motherboard can control everything without needing the controller.
