Needed thermals for an Alaskan trip. Own a couple cold gear compression wear from Nike and Under Armour which keep me warm in cold weather and wind. I'm a muscular 6 foot 220lbs. The large fit like a long sleeve shirt. And the crotch on the pants were very long. I wanted to wear clothes over it but it was not a compression type wear. That's what I'm used to. It would have been uncomfortable if I wore clothes over it. Especially in the crotch area. It would have bundled up easily. Was thinking of going down a size cuz the design looked great. Not sure of the warmth cuz it was loose and decided to return it and go with my cold gear I already have. It did have thermal type material on the inside.
