I wear a 2xl thermal and this is the perfect size. If you like your thermals a little tighter you could even go a size down. They are super comfortable and cannot be worn as pajamas as they get way too hot. I work in refrigeration which is why I have them. In 35 degrees I don't need a sweater or refrigerator gear, just these. The only downside is there is no front flap to handle business and I drink so much water. Small sacrifice I guess. ... show more
