If it matters, I’m 10 months postpartum and my cycles have been 60 days on average post childbirth. Before, my cycles were between 40 and 55 days. Just to give this all the credit it deserves, I haven’t had any side effects, I find the convenience worth the money, it has very little taste, and it’s definitely effective. As soon as I started to drink this my periods came along normal. If you have problems in regulating your periods and bad metabolism this product helped me a lot. But remember to be constant to the product and keep active ebecause if you only rely on the product, it won't work!

I cannot recommend Theralogix Myo-Inositol enough—truly 1000% worth it. I’ve struggled with PCOS for a long time, and one of my biggest issues was extremely heavy, draining periods that were seriously affecting my iron levels and overall energy. It got to the point where my cycle felt completely out of control and exhausting every single month. Since starting this supplement, I noticed a difference almost immediately. Game changer for PCOS and insulin resistance. I was skeptical after years of trying everything with no results. But 4 months in I can see and feel the difference — less bloating, smaller waist, no more energy crashes after meals, stable cycle, fewer hormonal breakouts. My doctor had me on Metformin before and it didn’t do much. This actually works. I’ve been using Theralogix Ovasitol Plus for about a month now to help manage my PCOS symptoms, and I’m cautiously optimistic about the results. Initial experience: Started taking the recommended twice daily dose as directed. While I noticed some positive changes with my PCOS symptoms, I also experienced unexpected side effects - increased emotional sensitivity and finding myself in constant deep thought/overthinking mode. Current approach: I’ve reduced to once daily to see if this helps with the emotional side effects while maintaining the PCOS benefits. It’s been a few days since the adjustment and I’m monitoring how I feel. Pros: • Shows promise for PCOS management • Easy to take • No digestive issues Cons: • Potential mood/emotional effects at full dose • Still too early to judge long-term effectiveness Bottom line: The product seems to be working for its intended purpose, but I needed to adjust the dosage due to unexpected emotional effects. Since I’m only a month in, I plan to update this review next month once I have more data on both effectiveness and how the reduced dose works for me. Will definitely update with more info after another month of use.
