I suddenly got a severe flu this week after traveling. Decided to try this and the taste was great for both and it works really well. Dosage is higher compared to traditional cold/flu pills (650mg per packet vs. 350mg per two cold/flu pills) so be wary if you are watching your acetaminophen intake. It was nice to have a warm drink and it works really quickly! The nighttime one helps me fall asleep. I slept soundly from 8:30pm - 5:30am. Would recommend if you aren’t feeling well! ... show more

I'm going to admit that I am not a fan of the taste of this Theraflu Multi-Symptom Severe Cold Day and Night packets. That doesn't matter much though because it worked so much better on my symptoms than anything else. I tried a few other cold medicines and some didn't do anything. I took this and in just about a half an hour, I started feeling almost normal. It lasted quite a while before I had to retake any. I had a fever, sore throat, headache, stuffy head and slight cough. This cleared it up without making me feel groggy or sleepy. I bought more in case anyone else in the house catches it. I won't be using anything else for flu like symptoms again. ... show more

    • Convenient way to help get over a cold
My husband has been battling a cold for a few days. I ordered for him hoping Prime would be quick enough. He seems to be on the mend now but guess who woke up with a sore throat and a head cold this morning? Me! Must be the weather change. When I lived in Korea, this stuff saved my life. A doctor over there actually told me to nab some when I was feeling under the weather and it has always worked like a charm. When I came back stateside, I knew I had to buy it again for when I wasn’t feeling well and it has delivered. A friend recommended this but it’s great, I was on DayQuil and nitequil for a couple of days and couldn’t get rid of this cold, but after trying this for a night and day, my cold is gone.
