I don't know how long Vicks (or anyone) has been doing vapor pads for humidifiers, but have we truly not found the technology to have pads that last for more than eight hours? That's the only reason why I think that the value for the money isn't great -- you're spending so much keeping one of these in your humidifier for extended periods of time that you burn through a lot of money buying these packages. That aside, these are very much worth it. I stick them in my cool mist humidifer for both my wife and I, as well as our kids, and they really help soothe the bad coughing days. I would love to see some aromatherapy scents included with some of these. Not that I mind the traditional "vicks" smell, I would just rather have a few options to choose from (lavender seem to be a common option for things like this). All this being said, these are just minor complaints. I still love these things, I just wish they'd last longer more than anything else. ... show more
