Form fitting and nice material but the waistband is a little loose which I find annoying but may not bother everyone. It doesn't ruin the look. Id say it runs a little big in the waist but not in the hips or butt.

I ordered 2 of these; one Navy, one Black. The fits are different. The "Navy" runs smaller and is more tight fitting, compared to the Black. The Navy shade is not a true Dark Navy, as shown in the photo. The shade is more of a medium blue, which is disappointing.
