This is a true pencil skirt fit with just enough stretch. Material is not flimsy or cheap. It is nice and sturdy. I bought one last month and came back to buy a few more colors. I have purchased other pencil skirt bands here for less, but this one at $20 is a great buy for the quality.

The skirt itself is great. The sizing is a bit weird though. According to the measurements, a 3xl should’ve been a little on the small side for me (which sounded wrong). It was pretty big on me so I returned it and got a 2xl. It was still a little large, but the care instructions say to hand wash cold, so I threw it in the wash with the rest of my clothes and it shrunk to the perfect size for me. I like the skirt. It fits well, I am six ft, 180 lbs and I purchased a large. The pattern and colors were pretty and as expected. My only gripe is that the material is scratchy and not soft at all.
