I haven't used these yet but I did get them out to get a feel of the fabric and to see how well they stretch! I love the fabric. It's way way better than the cheaper ones that are made of rubber and roll up on you in the middle of working out. Highly recommend

I'm sure it's just because I'm over six feet, but I found that I do not have the full range of movement with these bands. I know most bands don't allow for full range anyways, but these were a little more limiting than others, but I do like how they stay put. They are far more comfortable than other rubber bands and they also seem to be stronger than the other rubber bands I have. That is to say, I ripped a different band while exercising, and these seem to take a lot more punishment than the other one did. I will state that after a few days one of the bands has developed a slight wrinkle but it seems to still work fine. ... show more
